The Senior Managing Partner is appointed with the consensus of the Senior Management Team based on equitable shares and the competence of the SMP. The Senior Managing Partner manages the day-to-day activities of the Center including the research and administration of the center. Other members of the management team and staff provide support to ensure the day to day running of the center.
